I LOVE MY NEW GIFT SET!!!! But there is one problem....

I LOVE my new conquering!!!! The only problem is that I did not receive my heart spinner, instead I have received an angel spinner I am really disappointed. I was really looking forward to it.

I LOVE MY NEW GIFT SET!!!! But there is one problem....

I just LOVE my ring. I had gotten a free spinner that writes Wish on one side and has a dandelion on the other side, I absolutely adore it. One problem is that I did not receive the heart spinner, instead I had gotten an angel spinner. I am a little disappointed, I was really looking forward to the heart spinner and I still WISH to have it. But otherwise I LOVE the ring.

The ring does not spin.

I’ve tried contacting you to either return the set or to get another ring that works, but have not been successful. I have purchased 3 sets from you and I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service response.

This is Tammy, the founder/CEO of CONQUERing and I get alerts on all poor reviews because we aim to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I searched our customer service email box for your name, email and order # and don't see any contacts from you requesting help that went unanswered. In our customer review software I did find a separate 5 star review from you that noted that a problem. I think that must be the contact you are referring to. We try to respond to all positive reviews but since it is our busiest part of the year right now, thanking people for the positive reviews takes a little lower priority than addressing customer service concerns and getting orders out to arrive by Christmas. So, we have alerts set up (how I got notified of your 1-star review) to catch concerns but would have missed the concern you shared in your other 5 star review. All that said, we are more than happy to help you! We will ALWAYS help unhappy customers because we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Here’s how you can solve the problem without having to send the ring back: without a spinner clicked in the ring base, simply pull the tips ever so slightly apart and you should be spinning again in no time. Our rings very rarely need adjusting but, if they ever do, don't be afraid to give it a minor adjustment like that so you can get a firm and secure click in place while also being able to spin freely.
