What are the rings and spinners made of? >
Our rings and spinners are certified lead-free and constructed of stainless steel for strength and durability. This means they won't tarnish—even if you wear them in the shower.
For those of you who are sensitive to nickel, please note that our product is made from stainless steel 316, which is considered surgical grade. Surgical-grade stainless steel may contain some nickel, but it's generally considered hypoallergenic for most people. (Source: mayoclinic.org)
How do I change the spinner on my ring? >
Holding the ring in one hand and the disc in the other, angle one “arm” of the disc through the open part of the u-shaped ring down into the channel. Repeat on the other side. Straighten the disc and pull it straight up into the tips of the ring until it clicks into place.
How do I reveal the hidden message? >
Holding the ring upright from the sides with one hand, use the forefinger on your other hand to quickly flick the edge of the disc down (if your word is upside down, simply turn the ring around and flick it again).
Tip: don’t squeeze the sides of the ring — it needs to be able to spin freely to reveal your word.
How do I spin and click the ring for fidgeting? >
The clicking is created by popping the disc in and out of the base. There are lots of ways to do it but this video shows three of the most popular:

How do I figure out my ring size? >

The best way to determine your ring size is to visit a jeweler to be sized by a professional or use a ring sizer like this one on amazon. You can also take a look at our video above for tips on figuring out your ring size! If you still need help, you can use an existing ring that fits well to determine your ring size, or here are a couple online resources that may help.

While our rings are sized according to typical ISO standards, due to their unique shape, they feel slightly larger than their true size. We still recommend ordering your usual ring size, because this slightly roomier feel makes it easier to get the ring on and off for spinning.
If you are a half size, we suggest rounding up so it is easier to take on and off for fidgeting.
What if it doesn't fit? Can I exchange it? >
Sure! No problem. We offer size exchanges & in the U.S. we covered the shipping cost of your original order & will do so again on your replacement order. You just need to pay the return shipping. You don't have my size—are you going to get more? >
We do plan to add more sizes as we grow! Unfortunately, we may not be able to offer every ring size because of the size of the spinners and the way they function. But we'll do our best to meet the needs of our customers. Stay tuned! (We also offer necklaces for those needing a ring size we don't currently offer.)
Are there going to be more spinners and ring bases? >

What do I do if I need to make a return? >
Just go to http://returns.myconquering.com/ and fill out your information, and we'll get you taken care of! You can also read about our return policy here.
How fast can I get my ring? >
We always try to assemble and ship orders as quickly as possible -- almost always within a few business days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. All our orders are assembled and shipped from Cincinnati, Ohio. For U.S. orders of $20 or more, we offer free USPS ground shipping.
What if I need my order extra-fast? >
We used to offer expedited shipping but have found that the USPS was not delivering within their suggested timeframes and not even meeting their guaranteed timeframes so we have removed these options from our site so as not to misinform and disappoint customers.

Do you ship internationally? >
Yes! We ship worldwide! Please see our International FAQ page for answers to all your questions.
Can I send CONQUERing as a gift? >
Yes! If you'd like your order to be sent as a gift, just select "This is a gift" during checkout and leave an optional gift message to be included in your package. We'll be sure to remove any information on price from your order.
Important! After entering your gift message, be sure to click "update cart" to save your gift message.
All orders that include a ring base and at least one spinner also come in a gift box (see packaging below for more information).
What is your packaging like? >
All orders that include a ring base and at least one spinner will be packaged in a drawer-style gift box with a plum ribbon pull. Your items will be set inside in grey velvet. Orders that contain only a ring base or only spinners will be placed inside a plum organza drawstring bag.
