My Best Friend and I love our rings

Both my best friend and I suffer from anxiety and depression and I have ADHD so we fidget a lot and have excess energy to burn off most of the time. Ive used spin rings and fidget toys and cubes etc. And in some ways they help but it wasn't until I saw Conquer rings on tiktok and ordered one that I had proper relief when I get that overwhelmed feeling. My friend has been going through a lot this year and I surprised him with a ring as an early Christmas gift. Within an 20 minutes of him using it I got a message saying how much he loved it and how much it's helping him to relax while doing his college paper. And by end of day he was madly in love with it because everytime he felt anxious or overwhelmed he'd click or spin his ring and would almost instantly start to feel relaxed and calm. Thank you!! We love our rings so much!! I will probably eventually own the whole collection haha!!
