Clear quartz, often referred to as crystal quartz, is known for promoting mental clarity and self-understanding. Many believe that clear quartz has the ability to clear out negative energy and cleanse the soul. This gemstone is often linked to the crown chakra, which is associated with profound wisdom and intense focus. 

This gemstone is often colorless and transparent, but it can also appear milky or cloudy in color. It is one of the most common, popular crystals on the planet and can also be referred to as “rock crystal.”
