As our brand has grown, we noticed that the ability to customize and create unique pieces is what kept people coming back. Specifically, we've launched an extensive line of earth-sourced, genuine crystal jewelry that have become fan-favorites.
The combination of our fans craving the ability to choose their unique pieces and sourcing so many beautiful crystals led to the launch of Choose Your Own (CYO.) How Did "Choose Your Own Crystals" Start?
When you go to purchase a product from our website, there's an option to add a note. We began to notice a lot of customers using this feature to leave notes for our fulfillment crew about their preferences for our crystals.
Each crystal is naturally made which means no two are the same. This means people have preferences about the color of their crystal and a number of other things that can differ from stone to stone. Our fulfillment crew is incredible and does their best to fulfill requests with what nature provides.
The influx of requests got our team thinking. What if we introduced a new type of drop that allows customers to pick from a grouping of crystals so they get the stone that resonates with them the most?
Thus, the CYO drop was born. The first drop happened in February of 2024 with a Crazy Jasper Octangle™. The first drop was so successful that we knew it was here to stay.
What is the Benefit of Choosing Your Own Crystal?
Crystal lovers enjoy choosing their own stones because each crystal is naturally unique, carrying its own visual and energetic qualities. Differences in color, banding, and texture means no two stones are alike.
The ability to choose allows people to select stones that resonate with them the most, and makes their jewelry feel more personal and intentional. Participating in a CYO drop transforms jewelry from a simple accessory into a meaningful form of self-expression and empowerment.

How Do We Decide What Products Will Get a Choose Your Own Drop?
The primary product offering for CYO drops are crystals. We've been working to expand the product offerings for CYO and will be exploring more Vessel collections in the future.
For crystals, we go with what's most popular. These are the crystals that our SuperFans frequently ask about and that receive a lot of personalization requests when people order them. The crystals we choose also have the most variety—stones with a lot of banding, inclusions, or wide ranges of colors.
Sometimes, we'll do more than one crystal in a drop or more than one shape of a crystal in a drop. It all depends on what's popular and what we notice our customers asking for.
How Does a Choose Your Own Drop Work?
We do two CYO drops a month. We will launch a preview video a few days before the drop that shows all of the unique pieces available with a corresponding number. Fans study this video to see which crystals resonate with them and then write down the number so they're ready for the drop.
On Wednesdays at 8pm EST, the CYO drop goes live. You have to act fast to make sure you get the crystal you want. It's important to note that putting a crystal in your cart does not reserve it. The only way to guarantee you get the crystal you want is to complete the purchase.
Each crystal is one-of-a-kind—once it's gone, it's gone. After the drop ends, fans will post in the CONQUERing Collective Facebook group to talk about how their experience was and share which crystals they ended up with. Sometimes, if someone posts that they really wanted a certain crystal, the person who ended up with it will initiate a trade.
