Her happiest place is out on the boat soaking up summer sunshine. Above all, her life mission is to empower 3 million people to feel confident and unstoppable.

Jake is the talented co-creator of CONQUERing and Tammy’s son! His favorite element is the Disco Skull from the Parker York Smith collection. He has a natural gift for taking on anything new and challenging — and mastering it with ease. One thing on his bucket list is traveling to New Zealand to experience its incredible landscapes.

Alisha is the powerhouse of the CONQUERing office, keeping everything running effortlessly behind the scenes. Her favorite element is the silver Sunflower from the Parker York Smith collection. When she’s not at work, she loves spending time with her family. If she could take her dream vacation, she’d choose a trip to Japan.

Hallie is the vibrant voice behind CONQUERing’s marketing! Her favorite elements are the Bee and the Mother of Pearl Flower. She’s always up for an adventure — especially one with sunshine and sandy beaches. When she’s not working, you’ll find her diving into a new hobby, grabbing coffee with a friend, or squeezing in a hot yoga session.
