Help Manage Anxiety with CONQUERing Fidget Rings
A UNC Chapel Hill study found that our fidget rings reduced anxiety by an average of 24%.
Dealing with Anxiety, Stress, or Lack of Focus? Fidget Rings Can Help
Anxiety is something we all struggle with. Our founders started CONQUERing as part of their mission to empower others — part of that has always been helping people manage anxiety and find the confidence within to conquer their day. We've heard from hundreds of customers that our rings helped them center themselves and deal with anxiety, but we didn't have any science to back that up — until now.
We were proud to supply fidget rings to the Abramowitz Anxiety Lab as part of a study on fidget jewelry and mental health. Read the press release here
