I purchase these stones, gems and rings for my daughters, one who who has loved collecting beautiful stones and crystals for years, and has some situational anxiety. Now she can have a stress reliever and wear some of her favorite stones. The other daughter is in a high stress job, and frequently bites her nails when she gets overwhelmed She did wonder if you had a bracelet where she could wear multiple stone at once, like a charm bracelet!?!? Both of my daughters love having their rings, and one has even been able to nearly quit biting her nails. Both my girls are in their 40's, and having a fidget gadget that's stylish and they can tailor to an outfit is a blessing
