An Abalone is a type of mollusk that has a thick shell—the shell is what makes this crystal. It is believed that Abalone Shell has soothing and grounding properties. Many have used this crystal when they’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed to calm down and regain some emotional stability. Abalone Shell is also believed to help promote feelings of peace—this Mother of Pearl is aligned with the sacral chakra, which is believed to control our feelings of self-worth.

Abalone is better than expected!

I am very happy with the abalone shell that was picked out for me. I noted that I wanted one that had a good amount of rainbow Flash and swirling to it and that's exactly what they sent me. This might be one of my new favorite elements.
