Time Slots: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your pre-selected 1-hour shopping window. This ensures everyone has plenty of space to browse and try things on!

Important Policies
- We cannot sell tickets at the door. If you do not have a confirmed ticket/time slot, we won't be able to grant entry to the warehouse. No walk-ins are permitted.
- Your $25 ticket will be issued as a gift card redeemable for store credit at the event.
- We will accept either a digital or printed ticket at the door!
- For faster checkout, this is a 100% cashless event. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- If you have transferred your ticket to someone else, please email Customer Service (info@myconquering.com) immediately so we can update the guest list.

The Post-Pop-Up Meetup: Element Eatery
The fun doesn't end at the warehouse! Join the community at Element Eatery to hang out and show off your haul. This is the designated spot to Buy, Sell, and Trade with fellow SuperFans!
Location: 5350 Medpace Way #7, Cincinnati, OH
Tammy will be there from 5-7 pm, but feel free to head over at any time.
Please keep in mind:
- Food and drinks available for purchase
- We have reserved 3 tables under CONQUERing from 4-8 pm near the Solare Cafe (furthest tables from the main stage). These tables seat approximately 12 people. Space will be limited.
- This particular evening will be busy at the Element Eatery as they are having a live DJ/music event inside. Please prepare if you have young children and/or sound sensitivities.
- There is a bit of a drive between the warehouse and Element Eatery (20-30min depending on traffic). We recommend pulling up your GPS ahead of time to plan your route.

Will there be purchase limits?
Yes, due to limited quantities, purchase limits may apply to select items.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, but please remember that every person (including children and friends) must have a ticket for entry.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, they are fully transferable.
If you would like to switch times with another guest, simply contact Customer Service to let us know. Please keep your ticket confirmation for entry.
If you are no longer able to attend and are selling or transferring your ticket, please be sure to send your ticket (gift card) to the new guest, as it is required for admission.
Are there hotels nearby?
If you're traveling from out of town, we recommend the following local spots:

What should I bring?
Your ticket, small bag (no large bags/totes), and yourself!
What do I do between my slot and the meetup?
There are so many fun things to do around Cincinnati! We created a PDF list of all the fun events and places to visit during this weekend.
Is there a bathroom?
Yes, we have one gender-neutral bathroom.
Can I bring my stroller inside?
This is a warehouse environment and space is limited, so please leave your stroller in your vehicle or outside of the warehouse.
Where can I park?
You may park in front of the warehouse (free parking lot). Please do not park in the back.
Can I combine my gift card with a friend's?
Yes!
If I have a 3 pm slot, will the 'exclusive' items be gone?
No, we will stagger the inventory of items with limited quantities throughout the day.
Will all online inventory be available at the pop up?
Not all items from our website will be available at the pop-up.
Our pop-up will mainly feature CYO crystals, unreleased items, samples, and clearance pieces. We will have a limited selection of manufactured metal elements and bases available.
If there are specific bases or metal element items you’re hoping to purchase, just let our team know at registration. If you have a list of your favorites, we’ll do our best to pull them for you while you shop!
