Much like other trends of the past, color-changing mood rings are making a comeback. Being a company that prides itself on empowering our customers, we knew we wanted to make our own version of the mood ring.

The mood ring will change colors throughout the day which many believe is an indication of the various moods you might experience in a day. Getting in touch with these moods can help you harness the power you need to CONQUER your day.

Color Associations

When the ring is black, it might mean that you are feeling “focused”. It is truly amazing how much you can accomplish when you focus all of your energy onto something. When you notice the ring is black, take the time to focus on the things in your life that need your attention or will bring you happiness.

Feeling “determined” will often be expressed by a red ring. It can be easy to get discouraged when things aren’t going your way but a little determination can truly go a long way. When you notice the ring is red, use it as a reminder that you can do anything you put your mind to.

When the ring is orange, it could mean that you are feeling “excited”. Finding interests, hobbies, topics, or anything at all that gets you excited is one of the most important parts of life. When you notice the ring is orange, take note of what is getting you excited and try to budget out your time to continue engaging in that excitement.

Feelings of “inspiration” are often represented by a yellow ring. Sparks of inspiration are what keeps so many of us going. When you notice the ring is yellow, take advantage of that inspiration. Think outside the box and make something beautiful to commemorate what inspires you.

When the ring is green, it is often thought that you are feeling “grateful”. Sometimes it’s hard to stop comparing yourself to others, kicking yourself for what could be better about your current situation. When you notice the ring is green, take a moment to think about what you’re grateful for in your life. No matter how small or large it may be, gratitude is essential to experiencing life to the fullest.

You might experience feelings of “happiness” when the ring turns light blue. Happiness is such a beautiful feeling. When you notice the ring is light blue, stop and take a mental picture of what, in that moment, is making you happy. When you take note of what makes you happy, you tend to make time to do more of it.

When the ring is blue, it could mean that you are feeling “joyful”. Experiencing true joy is such a great way to heal your inner child and feel weightless. When you notice the ring is blue, forget all of your worries and responsibilities and take the time to enjoy the joy.

Feeling “relaxed” is typically expressed by a dark blue ring. It’s not always easy to truly be relaxed. We are always thinking of chores that need to get done, deadlines at work, and all of the other stressors in our life. When you notice the ring is dark blue, give yourself the luxury of forgetting about all of those stressors. Do something kind for yourself like meditating, running a hot bath, or taking yourself out shopping to remain relaxed.

When the ring is purple, it might mean you are experiencing feelings of “passion”. Passion can extend to many different things. You might be passionate about an activity, a topic, or even a person. When you notice the ring is purple, channel your energy into those passions.
