The core of the CONQUERing brand is inspiration and empowerment. When Tammy first came up with the idea for the brand, it was to help her fulfill her dream of making 3 million people feel empowered in her lifetime. 

How the brand empowers is through our designs and what we do for the community. There are designs that remind one to be themselves and that they are loved. CONQUERing is also aligned with a variety of causes that make our communities better for everyone. Most importantly, CONQUERing empowers through inclusivity. 

There are many different ways that the brand promotes inclusivity. From our product offerings to the causes we support, CONQUERing is truly a brand that is for everyone. 

Product Inclusivity

These are a few ways that make the products we offer inclusive for all people. To begin, we chose to create fidget jewelry to help people with anxiety and people that struggle with focusing. The design of our jewelry allows those groups to fidget in a discreet, fashionable way.

Our brand is also size inclusive, providing the largest ring size range of any fashion jewelry brand. We truly want everyone to be able to wear our rings which is why it's so important to us to offer rings from a size 4 to a size 15. Beyond ring sizes, we also offer necklace options for people that don't like wearing rings or don't fall within our offered size range. 

We also offer a few different ring bands that provide different ways to fidget to fulfill different needs people may have when it comes to fidgeting. Some people might not like the click sound that comes with that method of fidgeting and would prefer our ViaDeco band that has ridges for fidgeting without any sound. 

You can also get our products in your preferred color of jewelry (silver, gold, rose gold, black, or rainbow), in a style that matches your other jewelry, and with a message that fits your needs. 

All of our products are designed to be gender-neutral as well. Regardless of how you identify, there is bound to be an offering that resonates with you and will fit with your personal style. 

Design Inclusivity

Our designs are truly meant for there to be something that everyone can relate to. We want our designs to speak to the identity of the person wearing them—we want you to feel seen when you're scrolling through our product page. 

First, we have designs for people with different abilities. We have five different word choices written in braille for members of our community that are blind or partially sighted. We also have an element that is meant to represent members of the neurodivergent community. It celebrates the diversity found throughout the neurodivergent community.

Next, we have designs that bring awareness to sensitive topics. Mental health is at the core of a lot of our designs and we champion for mental health awareness. One of our designs says "Keep go;ng" with a semicolon as the "i" in the phrase. This design was released during suicide prevention month and serves as a reminder that your story isn't over yet. 

Finally, we offer designs that represent marginalized communities. We have extensive Pride offerings that represent everyone that identifies with a queer identity. There are four flag offerings for our pride flag element (Rainbow Pride, Transgender, Non-Binary, and Genderfluid), and a general PRIDE element for allies and members of the LGBTQ+ community. 

Giving Back to the Community

We don't want to be performative with our inclusivity. It's one thing for our products to be inclusive but it's another thing for our actions to be inclusive. 

We have a diverse group of models that show off our products when we do photoshoots. We want everyone to be able to see themselves wearing our products which is why it's so important for us to use models that reflect what our customers and communities look like. 

We also have a CONQUERcares program—this program donates 5% of our profits to organizations that support empowerment for all groups of a community. Since the brand's launch in 2020, we have donated to 73 different organizations that focus on mental and physical health, empowerment of young girls of color, support for LGBTQ+ youth, and much more. Personal empowerment can't happen when our communities are struggling. Empowering our communities is what helps us create products that promote individual empowerment.

Inclusivity Leads to Conquering

When we feel seen, we feel more secure in our personal identities. When we are confident in who we are as people, we can do anything we put our minds to. 

That's what we hope you get out of our brand. For us, making each and every person feel like they belong when they look through our designs is the reason we do what we do. Our designs can be conversation starters to talk to different aspects of your identity that are integral to who you are. Allowing people to see the real you can take away the burden of conforming to an image of yourself that isn't you. 

Take this post as a lesson to be more inclusive in your own life as well. Be open minded to meeting people with different identities than your own. We can all work towards a greater good when we celebrate our differences. You'll be surprised when you find our an inclusive mindset can lead to you conquering all of your goals.
