In October 2025, CONQUERing walked the runway at Paris Fashion Week! We applied for Flying Solo's Ones to Watch Runway Show where they bring up and coming independent fashion brands and designers to Paris Fashion Week. During our runway show, we featured 8 curated looks that represent the CONQUERing brand and showcase our fidget jewelry in a unique way. The show's concept was centered around eight Facets that represent the mission of CONQUERing and distinct traits that make a person unique.
In this blog series, we will introduce you to the creative team behind the show. Some of the team may be familiar to you, while others work behind the scenes. By the end of this blog series, you'll really know the people behind CONQUERing's Paris Fashion Week runway looks.
Meet Hallie Montague: The Heart of CONQUERing's Brand
You probably recognize Hallie from our social media. Hallie is a long-time colleague and friend of Tammy, CONQUERing's founder and CEO. Hallie started her career working in the corporate world and, after taking some time away from that type of life, decided it was time to dip her toes back in.
This time, however, she wanted to do something more meaningful and more flexible. She joined CONQUERing as a way to fulfill those needs. She told us that it's been amazing getting to build a positive organization while also getting to work alongside one of her best friends.
When it comes to the creative team, Hallie is our Brand Marketer. She made sure that we used the runway to tell CONQUERing's story. She helped the rest of the team develop our runway concept and worked on internal and external messaging for everything Paris Fashion Week. At the end of the day, her priority was ensuring that our brand identity shined through every detail of the show.
Hallie has more than 20 years of experience helping global Fortune 500 companies build meaningful connections with their audiences. She's worked on brand marketing, visual merchandising, and consumer engagement to deliver strategies that drive results while maintaining consistency for a brand.

An Inside Look at Paris Fashion Week—Favorite Moments, Surprising Challenges, and a Look Into the Creative Process

We asked Hallie to share her thoughts on the Paris Fashion Week experience. We wanted to hear what her favorite moments were, if she's been surprised by any challenges that have manifested, and final thoughts now that the show is over.
A Brand Marketer's Creative Dreams and Hopes for Paris
It came as no surprise to us that Hallie was chosen as a member of the creative team. As the Brand Marketer for CONQUERing and a close friend to Tammy, we couldn't have done Paris Fashion Week without her!
We asked Hallie to share her thoughts when she found out she would be helping with Paris Fashion Week. She said, "I was honestly in shock! Tammy and I had talked about the dream of taking CONQUERing to Paris Fashion Week, but it always felt far off. When the official invitation came through, it felt like a total dream come true."
Hallie has been to Paris before, but it's been years since she was in the city. She told us she was most excited to revisit the spots that stuck with her from her college days. She was also very excited to make new memories with the creative team.
A Sneak Peek at the Creative Process
We wanted to hear how the creative process was for Hallie. We asked her to share her favorite parts, if any surprising challenges popped up, and what she was most excited for leading up to the show.
As a key member of the creative team, Hallie shared with us that one of her favorite parts was collaborating across the team. She said the process was very inspiring and invigorating. She watched everyone boldly share their ideas and build upon each other's perspectives to create something truly amazing.

In terms of what was challenging for Hallie, she said it was balancing the day-to-day work of running the business while also giving her 100% to bringing Paris Fashion Week to life. She also said that it was easy to get caught up in the excitement of the show. She recognized that this was only our debut and we have a lot of room to grow in years to come.
We also wanted to know what she was most excited for leading up to the show. She told us she was most excited to see everything come together in such a remarkable city, surrounded by the rest of the creative team. This truly was a milestone moment for the brand that will build memories that will last a lifetime.
The Paris Fashion Week Insider Scoop and More Sneak Peeks to Come

As a conclusion to our feature on Hallie, we wanted to share her final thoughts after we debuted our looks on the runway. Hallie said she won't forget walking into the designer meeting with Flying Solo and seeing all of the amazing brands from around the world that were also attending the show. She said that moment really made things feel real for her.
